In order to cancel or make changes to your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, before the end of the day you place your order, or the first business day, if you placed order on weekend or a holiday. Orders normally ship at end of the following business day the order was received (so, if an order was received on Friday, it will normally ship the following Monday). Once your order has shipped, we cannot cancel or modify it.
How do I return an item?
If the product(s) you purchased have not been used, you may be able to return your item(s) for an exchange, credit or refund. However, we reserve the right to reject any return, credit or refund if we deem product to have been used. Please email us a note to: email@example.com, within 5 business days of receiving the item. We will get back to you with instructions for returning your item for an exchange, credit on your account, or a refund.
When will you be restocking sold out colors?
We are working hard on restocking your favorite nail polish color! In the meantime, you may send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, with your request and we will notify if, and when, we will be getting a restock of your requested nail polish favorite color. You may also sign up for our newsletters to be notified the moment new products are launching or when special products are available again. Are there any stores that can I buy vyuty.com products such as the nail polish collections?
We mostly sell on vyuty.com. However, we have a growing list of local stores that are carrying our products. We will be publishing a store list soon. In the meantime, you may email us for more info.
I have not received my order confirmation, what should I do?
Orders confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive. If you have not received your order confirmation by email within 24 hours after placing your order, please contact us at email@example.com
Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
No, but by setting up an account, you become a vyuty.com VIP member and have access to order and shipping information. You will also be added to our email list for exclusive updates in the future. You also have the convenience to have access to your orders history and more!
Do you have Giveaways?
Yes, we run official giveaways on vyuty.com. Giveaways are only extended to account holders and newsletters subscribers.
I can't remember my password, what should I do?
To reset your password, go to http://vyuty.com/account/login and click on “Forgot your password?” above the sign-in button. You will then be prompted to enter your E-mail address you used to create your account. Once you submit, you will receive an E-mail notification with a link to reset your password. Once you’ve done this, you can log in normally with your new password.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
We aim to ship all orders within 1 business day after the order is placed, although in some rare cases, it may take an extra day, especially if new products and promotions are released and demand is very high. It typically takes 3-5 business days after an order has shipped for US orders to arrive, although orders to Alaska and Hawaii may take a little longer.
Also, please bear in mind that shipping regulations on nail polish mean it is often slower to arrive than other products, especially during high seasons.
My polish was marked as delivered, but I didn't receive it.
Domestic orders may find that USPS marked your package as delivered prematurely. Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days. If it has been 3 business days or more since your order was marked as delivered, let us know so we can take care of it!
Be sure to double-check your address when you receive your order confirmation e-mail to make sure that it’s up-to-date! If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible!

Is the nail polish collection toxic free?
Nail polishes are free of the following toxic chemicals: Toluene, Formaldehyde, Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP), Formaldehyde Resin, Camphor, Ethyl Tosylamide, Xylene, MEHQ/HQ, MIT, Parabens, Animal Derived Ingredients or Gluten.
However, nail polishes are not water base. Therefore, it is recommended to keep out of reach of children.

What’s the best way to use the Nail Polishes?
The nail polishes are highly pigmented. You only need two thin coats to build the color, letting each coat dry before applying the next. If you’re having issues with application, don’t add nail polish remover! It may break down the formula and disrupt the nail polish efficacy.
As far as temperature, it is best to keep the bottles away from direct sunlight. Find a dark and dry place to store them where they stay at a consistent cool temperature.
Keep your bottles upright. Exposure to air will cause your polish to get thick and sticky. Keeping them on their sides or upside down will cause polish at the top of the bottle to dry up and prevent the lid from going on tight. Make sure you’re tightening the lid after each nail polish session/application.
Nail polish may be worn without base or top coat. Polish may last up to a week, if you take care of your manicure. Meaning, using gloves if washing dishes, or doing laundry. For everyday normal activities outside of chores, polish should have a normal lasting.
